Hello everyone! I should have been in this community way earlier but better late than never!

I managed to continue some of my dreams according to whatever i wanted in my life for couple times.I just learned about lucid dreaming term and i can't tell you how eager i am to learn all about this, i want full control of my dreams as most of community members do but because im terrible at this forum searchs i wanted to post this.Where should i begin with, what steps should i take first? Of course i've read some here especially about induction methods and from what i learned i will be doing my RC via looking at my watch but i need help about mantra, keeping a dream diary right after i wake up and many more.Any mod or helpful community member, if you help me about the first steps i should take; i would be so glad.Telling me how you got used to it and by doing what would be nice. Thanks advance, i'm so glad im a member here.

Congrats the start of your quest .
Lucid dreaming is like art , music or even sport . It takes time and is hard at first and you feel like giving up then if you really want it you will get a break through and all the hard work will pay of .
IF you fail 99 times and succeed 1 time out of 100 you still have succeeded .

Anyways you need help . Since everyone is different you need to pick a way and a method which best suits you.
Sometimes you will absorb more by watching lucid video than reading alot of words .

Try all different induction methods , MILD , DILD , WILD , DEILD .

But first get your dream recall up to a good level of remembering ten dreams a week .
Learn what weird dreams you have most commonly and try to figure out a trigger than will work for you.

It might take a few months but small success will you go . Some people faster some people longer .
You sound like you had a good start and should only take max 2months .

I had lucid dreams when i was a child and think that might have helped .
      Good luck .

p.s use paragraphs so its easier to read..

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

      Start Here Welcome

And here are the Dreamviews' Recommended induction methods and techniques Induction Methods

Although it's true, that having a good dream recall is important, there is no limit as to how many you should remember before starting to practice for lucid dreams. But keeping a Dream Journal is essential for other reasons too, not just to help with building up your recall.

As you will find out in the articles I have linked, DILD is usually recommended to start with. So go ahead and read up and post any questions you may have. Happy dreams

      Welcome to the forum!

You asked for help and I think gab has pointed you in the right direction. We made a list of some starting points for new people and it's a great place to start.

You might also consider looking into the Intro class in the DreamViews Academy section. The class is easy, well-paced and gets you grounded in the basics for lucid dreaming.

If you have questions, please ask.

      Pleasant dreams!

Welcome! I'm pretty sure you'll be heading in the right direction with the above mentioned information. If you ever have any other questions, feel free to shoot me a PM. I know a thing or three about this dreaming stuff.
