      Hi everyone!

      Hello everyone, just a quick post to introduce myself.

      I have been interested in lucid dreaming for a while, but it's only recently that I decided to take control of this and try to make dream lucidity into something I can do on regularly. That's the big goal anyway. My previous experiences of reaching lucidity have inspired me to see what can be achieved if I explore this further. I am convinced that there can be therapeutic benefits to lucid dreaming as well as the fun stuff.

      I found this site through the DreamViews podcasts on itunes. Does anyone know what is going on with the podcast? Are there any plans to bring it back, or is that never going to happen?

      After posting this, I intend to sign up to one of the Intro courses in the DV Academy. They seem like a good way to help me reach my lucidity goals in a structured way.

      Hi Joanna, thanks for the reply. I just checked Itunes and realized that three podcasts have come out since the last one I downloaded. There was such a long gap after the last one I listened to that I assumed they had given up. I suppose I had better subscribe. Cheers.
