No need to apologise. Most of us here have experienced this out-of-this-world excitement a person gets when realizes he is dreaming. It's a wonderful feeling, and even if it can sometimes wake us up prematurely, I would not trade it for anything.

Congrats, btw, to all your lucids and to finding this forum. Indeed, we have tons of great info here. But what makes us stand out is our members. Veterans or newcomers, all nice, all eager to learn and help.

So, now that you know that lucid dreaming "does exist", maybe you can practice and stay calm once you realize you are dreaming. That's the way to have longer LDs. Check out the forum, post your questions or experiences. happy dreams
