Thanks, will do! So this way:
- I check my hands and my surroundings 10-12 times a day (to be honest, I've never seen my hands in my dream, so I don't know if this RC is good for me. Reading and looking away doesn't seem to work for me as I barely ever saw anything written in my dreams so that wouldn't be a good clue either. Any idea which RC should I try?)
- I ask myself "How I got here"?
-When I know I'm not in a dream, I IMAGINE if I was in a dream.
- Then I imagine a DS and what I'd do if it was a dream.
Anything I missed?
The funny thing is that after my initial post I had a half lucid dream right away!
I found that my father is one of my main DS-s and When I did reality checks I always imagined him and what I'd do if I met him. And suddenly I just woke up in a dream, right next to him in a flying car...
