I was made aware of this forum on Ryan Hurd's L.D. site. His LD course, by mentioning the use of supplements, inspired me to dust of
my copy of Yuschaks ''Advanced LD" book, which I take to be the Bible for supplement use. I began experimenting two months ago, and
have had very interesting results. Am looking for more knowledge in this area.

Thanks, looks like there is enough info there to keep me busy for a while.

If you haven't had success with other methods this is a way to speed up results.

Hey Dreamwalker!

I've been experimenting with supplements a bit lately, myself. I think that the external induction of LDs is a pretty interesting area of exploration, and I also think that the perfection of it has a lot of potential to ultimately making lucid dreaming more mainstream. I'll definitely have a look at Yuschaks ''Advanced LD" book.
