Hi everyone,
I signed up a few months ago and I can already tell I really like the DV community, as well as the ton of information about dreaming available for reading here.
I figured it's about time I introduce myself on the forum, and maybe start posting stuff so.. here we go.
(I am kinda french so I hope you will forgive my writing.)
What to say ?
Well, I found out about lucid dreaming early 2014, at age 27, so it's been a little more than a year since I started my journey. I enjoyed every second of it so far, being much more awake in my dreams and in my waking life alike.
As of today, I have recorded 55 lucid events (18 in 2015), certainly missed a few due to lazyness or bad recall, and I appreciate that the frequency and the length of my LDs are improving nicely.
I am a fellow member of the french forum Attrape-Songes, being quite active there.
The main reason I jumped into lucid dreaming was a quest of inspiration, as a young author, although I discovered so much more depth than I expected on the road, and now it's an integral part of my path in this life.
My induction practice is pretty balanced between DILDs and WILDs, and I hope to keep it that way.
Ideally, I'd love to be able to maintain self-awareness at a good level through all days, but I am not there yet, finding that mindset pretty tough to keep more than a few hours, or minutes..
I do meditate regularly, however not as often as I'd like to, so I have work to do in both these areas.
I'll stop there for now, don't hesitate to ask any further question, I will be glad to share more.
Thanks for reading guys and girls !
