Thread: A Re-Introduction of Sorts

So, I was active on here a few years ago, and I've decided to come back. I'd like to get back into lucid dreaming. I never really did completely stop, but I haven't been working very hard at it lately. I still occasionally have lucid dreams just by random and I remember a decent amount, but not as many as I used to. Over the past few weeks though I've been having a few interesting dreams and it's been motivating me to want to try and lucid dream more actively again.

The main reason I stopped trying to lucid dream before was laziness really. I was finding it difficult to keep a dream journal as I often get bored of writing in it after a little while. I still find that to be a problem with me really, but I want to try harder now to keep doing it so that I can have better recall. This is partially because I often end up remembering quite a bit about the dream and some smaller details so it ends up being more writing then I'd like. This morning actually I had a very strange dream which I decided to write down. I might try making comics or illustrations of some of my dreams if that helps me as well.

Anyways, the reason I am returning here is that I like the community of dreamers here. I like discussing dreams with people, but there aren't that many people in my life that can have a lot of good conversation with about dreams since most of them don't remember much about their dreams or care that much about them. I'll probably mostly be lurking here, but you might see me around a bit. I'll start posting some dream journal entries at least since some of them end up being fairly interesting.
