Hello! My name is Nicole and I am 17 from Oregon. I can't say I've had lucid dreams since I was a child but I've definitely had sleep paralysis a lot as a child. I rarely hallucinated, although, so it wasn't nearly as scary as other's experiences. I almost never wake up in sleep paralysis, but rather go to sleep into sleep paralysis (does that make sense?). The two times I did hallucinate, I woke up into sleep paralysis. I had my first lucid dream when I was about 13 or 14 when I transitioned from paralysis to dreaming and I could barely control it. I still struggle with controlling dreams as there aren't lucid very often, mostly because I still have not induced lucidity on purpose. I hope to become a master at lucid dreaming as well as astral projection. I'm excited to get to know you all and hopefully make some friends! |

Usually we teach around here that sleep paralysis isn't your goal when trying to lucid dream. But if you already have sleep paralysis naturally, then you can definitely try to attain lucidity through that. Check out some of our WILD tutorials for some info on that.
