      Hello

      I'm Nyra and I had 1-2 lucid dreams per week for a while before I found this site. Since I read some tutorials here they became much longer and I have currently 4-5 LDs per week! My short term goal will be to activate all my senses in dreams, especially tasting delicious food without worrying about calories and stuff would be great

      It's a good thing that many of the techniques can be useful to reduce stress in the waking life as well. I really hope I will have enough willpower to keep this up!

      Were you practicing a lot before you came to the forum, or have you just naturally had lucid dreams a lot in the past? Either way, that's really impressive that you're already up to 4-5 lucids a week.

      I love eating in dreams too! My favorite are those sugar cookies with the icing and sprinkles on top. I havn't had any in a while so i'm probably due for a cookie feast pretty soon!

      I have been lucid dreaming for a while and I still only get about 3 a week. 4-5 is winderful progress! Keep up the good work. We are happy to have you as part of our community.
