And you may like to checkout our monthly lucid Task of The Month. And spellbee2 is currently running a Christmas themed lucid dream challenge over here: http://www.dreamviews.com/lucid-chal...challenge.html
If you'd like, come drop by on DV Chat, it's a really fun and relaxed chat where we talk about dreams, LDing, and off-topic stuff as well. Like any chat, it has slow times and peak times, so if you hit a slow time remember to check back at another time: DreamViews Chat
As for ADA, I prefer SAT (sporadic awareness technique) which is really just a more laid back version of ADA. My approach to it is to basically just not let myself go into auto-pilot, so if I'm walking somewhere I'm looking around and observing the environment, instead of being spaced out. This is a good thing to do in general even if not trying to lucid dream I think. Mentally retracing your steps is a good habit as well. I've become lucid many times when I suddenly think "wait, how'd I get here?" or "What was happening earlier?".
Hope you enjoy it here and learn a lot of useful info for your lucid dreaming journey
