      Hi all!
I discovered what a lucid dream was some years ago but don't bothered too much, however last night I had a really vivid and pleasant dream that I decided to join a community to learn something more and listen/share some opinions about this topic.
About me, I'm just a random teenage boy English is not my primary language so have compassion if I mistype something ()
      Hope I'll find myself welcome!

PS: For what I'm reading at the moment WILD is my fav and even if I have 0 experience (all lucid dreams I had were random) I think I will start practicing with this. Do you think it is "ok" or should I start with DILD?

      Welcome to the forum!

It's usually not best to start with WILD if you don't have any lucid experience, as it relies a lot on timing and mindset - stuff that's hard to know if you haven't had lucids before (intentional lucids, anyway). So I would advise starting with some kind of DILD technique (MILD's a good one for beginners), and then after having some success with that, try out WILD.

Let us know if you have any other questions, and feel free to stop by the IRC chat.

Hi, glad to have you joining us! DILD is a good starter. Remember the basics as well - reality checking , dream journaling and Wake-back-to-bed and you should get results. Let us know when you start having lucid dreams
