Hi. I first began practicing lucid dreaming in 2007 using the website Lucidipedia when it still existed. I think, compared to others, it takes a tremendous amount of effort and personal research/theory for me to have lucid dreams. I've had much better luck in my teens practicing lucid dreaming, and would have a few every week. I practiced multiple methods and techniques every day for a year. Since then it's been on and off. Lately just off mostly... My dreams are always very chaotic and defiant to control with common methods taught on websites like this. Because of this my go-to technique is WILD, something I've had much better luck with almost a decade ago. I've come to these forums for advice. So that's why I'm here. |
