Yes I do. I have a journal in my phone, along with a hand-written one where I write about techniques I want to try, theories I have and things I want to do in my LD’s. I did start off hand-writing only, but it was taking way too long in the morning and is too difficult to do when I wake at 3am. I know it probably sounds like I’m just making excuses, I probably am! But life has an annoying habit of getting in the way most days. At the moment, I’m trying a combination of meditation and MILD/dream induction, and today I’m adding rosemary oil to boost my memory. My house smells like I’m cooking a roast! ( I’m making the oil myself). I am also trying to lay as still as I can when I wake up so I don’t lose my dreams, but when an alarm is going off it’s hard to ignore!
