The TV static you mentioned struck my attention as I sometimes see this in strange nonsensical places in my dreams. For me, it is most often on a wall or on the ground, usually in a shadow. I always thought it may be a portal to another part of the dream, but I could never approach those areas because it would go away as I got closer. I now use these as a dream sign which helps me to realize that I am dreaming in the first place.

For you, things like this combined with the lack of tiredness and pain could be some very strong dream signs for you.
