I now use these as a dream sign which helps me to realize that I am dreaming in the first place.
For you, things like this combined with the lack of tiredness and pain could be some very strong dream signs for you.
I wish you luck on your lucidity journey!
Thank you for your welcome post.
Unfortunately the lack of tiredness/pain is not the most reliable dream sign(see some by clicking here) I could make note of, because in many non-lucid dreams I do still feel my normal tiredness and pain, and in other ones I think I simply make no note of it, because that is something I must do in waking life to get on with things. I can go a bit further than simply "tuning it out" as I have, over the years, trained to use willpower as a way of ignoring pain, but it's not foolproof and relies a lot on my mood.
Let me try to explain a little further: I know there is a difference between tuning out of pain and not having pain, because the way it manifested itself in my lucid dream was like when you are somewhere so silent that the silence feels deafening. The silence is loud and clear. You are made consciously aware of it, absolutely. That is what the freedom from pain felt like, an absolutely loud and clear freedom from the pain. It was an incredibly positive experience and for many days after real pain felt very, very easy to manage.
I have simply never noticed this in a non-lucid dream, and even in lucid dreams, I understand very clearly that the level of lucidity has to be very high for me to feel this way, but I have kept the possibility open that I might feel such a way in a non-lucid state in the future.
That said, thank you for your suggestion, as it was something I have already considered in the past, and it's good to have reminders.
