Hey BehindTheDream, welcome to Dreamviews! There is a lot of great information within the forums to find. Hopefully your Vedanta training will aid in some regard with LDing. I could be mistaken, but as far as I know you can mention the medications. It sounds like you're on the right track. Dream journaling is one of the best ways to strengthen dream recall.
