Hello! Please do check out those tutorials for lots of great general information. the best way to remember your dreams is to write them down. Get a notebook and pen next to your bed, and whenever you wake up, write down ANYTHING that you can recall, even if it is just a feeling. Also, try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each night so your body will get used to your sleeping patterns, and be trained that you want to remember your dreams.
