Even though your post was asking about LD specifically, I think the answers apply to any kind of dream. I've not yet had a LD, and yet my dreams are usually quite vivid regarding the senses. Why, just last night I was feeling some nice boobies! Felt pretty soft and real in my hands! Oh, and I've also tasted things in my dreams...not boobies, though!
