Doing a lot of RCs during the day seems to help people's recall significantly. That's about all I can say on that. I don't really know any other ways of improving recall. |

trying different induction techniques also helps. Wake induced lucid dream...Finger induced lucid dream ect. When you focus on things beyond what you're trying to accomplish, it's not so bad to fall short, because you may end up completing you were trying to do in the first place. Not only that, you'll have a chance to fine tune the next step in the process. |

Maybe try to wake up after every dream, so you know what you dreamed about the second you wake up. |

Yeah I'm having the same problem, but I think that it's mainly to do with how messed up my sleeping is. The temperature in my room is crazy, my sleeping's out of schedule, and it takes me like an hour to get to sleep |
