They don't really. There are no shortcuts, no pills, nothing that can help with lucid dreaming. This guy explains the problems with dreaming induction devices. |

Personally, I'd just stick to standard techniques such as WILDing, WBTB, etc. These things work, and it'll save you some of the green stuff. However, if you feel that it will help you in your lucid dreaming, then by all means, purchase one. |

That's not true Cusp. Research has been done and there are a myriad of supplements that affect certain neurotransmitters in our brain responsible for dreams. I suppose you think Laberge's Nova Dreamer was completely ridiculous and didn't help a single person at all right? |

The two-way communication and customizable software sound pretty useful compared with the older versions, which just flash lights and make sounds. Still, I'd say it probably isn't worth that much money unless you've tried it out already and know it works for you, or if you've been trying to LD for a long time without success. |

i made one that flashes lights into my eyes after a certain amount of time after it is turned on, when it starts flashing i just have dreams of seeing gunfire or running away from a forest fire. |

Thanks for all the advice. I'm at the stage of extremely vivid dreams at the moment, but so far no sign of even a false awakening. Something's going on upstairs, I just need to try and keep pushing it to the next level. |
