It's Impossible to write in my dream journal with school.

Yeah, the title pretty much says it. I have to wake up REALLY early for school, (like 7:15, out the door.) This makes me in a pickle for time, because I have to shower, get dressed, brush my teeth, eat breakfast, take my meds, all in that tiny, tiny time I have to get ready. I have almost NO time to write in my DJ with the morning rush! I need help.

Just use a sticky note to write down the main parts of your dreams and try to go over it as much as possible in your head right after you wake up so you don't forget. After school when you have some time, you can look back at the post-it(s) and it will jog your memory and hopefully bring back any more details you remembered.

Either that, or you can keep a tape recorder by your bed and just talk into it as you're getting ready to leave for school. Then listen to it later and record your ideas onto paper.

      Hope this helps

It happens the same to me. What Maverick says works. It really does

Try getting in the habit of going to bed sooner and waking up earlier, if at all possible. You should only need about 5-10 minutes, if that.

Yeah, like Mario said. Go to bed 10-30 mins earlier, and wake up 15 mins earlier. That should help.

Or get into the habit of going to sleep right when you get home, before eating supper. You will sleep 1-3 hours probably, then get up a few hours, and sleep later on late at night. As long as you get your total 7 hours (whatever is needed for you) you will do fine. I got into the habit of doing this once, it was so nice going to sleep right when you get home is like hitting the reset button on the stress of the day. And I found that I would dream like crazy doing this.

Of course you would journal after the "nap" supposedly, whatever you are up to doing.

I have the same problem. I always have to get up for work or school, so it's hard to have time to journal!

Basically what I do is keep a small journal next to my bed, and I jot down some notes for each dream to jog my memory. Then when I have time later in the day, I type up my dreams in detail.

I don't really have this problem as bad as you, but if I were you, I would wake up earlier to do it. not much earlier, like 5 mins or 10 mins.

Try going to bed a few minutes earlier and waking up a few mintues earlier.

Then jsut write down main ideas/events and then afterschool you can look at those main ideas and start to remember the dream, which you can now journal.
