      Thanks you guys. I'll definitely keep those tips in mind. How do you guys usually remember to RC. I've tried the everytime i walk through a door one, but after a while i usually forget.

      Honestly, I don't do a lot of RCing. I prefer the MILD method, instead. But, that' just me.

      RCing in and of itself is not too terribly important. What you're aiming to do is boost your awareness in day-to-day life. RCing is oftentimes used not to become lucid, but to merely confirm lucidity. In general, an RC is useless on its own if you don't have awareness to back it up. It is, however, an excellent tool, and I would keep with it.

      In order to remember to RC, I've left sticky notes on all sorts of things, people have written letters on their hands/arms, some people set their watch alarms to chime every so often, etc.
