Sounds like you were near sleep paralysis. |
|
I was lying in bed for about 30 minutes. After a while, my body felt like when your leg falls asleep, but in all my legs and arms, but my chest and head felt a bit normal, but not entirely. Also, I seemed to have hallucinations by they kept leaving and coming back. Eventually, I decided to just go fall asleep, so I tried to move, I couldn't, and then I tried a bit harder and my body moved. Does that sound like it? |

It sounds like the onset of sleep paralysis, but you probably weren't fully into it. Welcome to DV! |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Thanks! Also, is it better to be more tired or should I just relax longer? |

I'd be in a comfortably tired state, but not overtired unless you're really good at focusing and keeping your mind awake. I've attempted WILDs before when I was really tired, and I ended up dozing off. But that's just me. |
