      I like to watch mostly pro basketball (NBA) and some American football during the play-offs.

      Answer: badminton, ping pong
      I hate almost all sports. I associate them with that social anxiety I felt in high school when I was forced to play them. Just a stressful, social activity. The only sports I find fun are badminton and ping pong. As for watching them, the experience is so boring I might as well be watching an ant crawl in circles around a table. I just don't see the allure.

      I hate sports because they are mindless to me. I can't stand to sit and watch other people do things that don't inspire any thoughts at all. I literally have to make my brain silence itself so that I can be on their level.
      Some guy throws a ball. Some guy catches a ball. Some guy falls over. Some guy kicks a ball. I would rather sit on top of a flag pole.

      What? You don't like a bunch of grown men chasing balls around? That is the majority of sports but not the whole of it. Bodybuilding.

      I think watching an ant crawl around in a circle would be quite interesting...I mean why why would an ant do that...begin infinite chain of thoughts explaining behavior

      Well, if you have ever played with liquid nitrogen on a hot day, on hot pavement, you will find that drops of liquid nitrogen will actually chase ants, when it catches them, they both come to a stand still of course.

      Liquid nitrogen is used for cooling laser diode arrays.

      Watching sports is inane, ya. But that's not the point of sports. The point of sports is to do them yourself. You exercise your body, your mind, you feel great and you have fun.

      Squash is da best. It is entertaining on a mental level, and it's amazing how much energy it takes up; it's really cool when it gets to the stage where you are just wearing each other down.

      Sports are not mindless at all, there is a lot of strategy involved.

      I enjoy watching hockey most, then Canadian football and maybe some tennis. Air racing too if you count motor sports.

      I did martial arts for years and I like playing tennis too. Basketball is probably my favourite team sport to play.
