I bruised my butt when I fell in the shower. Danny caught me before I fell any further (), but now I have a giant aubergine hickey on my ass.

Also, my rant is I forgot how much work installing arch linux is. I COMPLETELY forgot how to do it. Also, I fucked up on my GRUB config file, and couldn't get into Windows But ah well, got windows all working again.

I know right! I told Danny last night that should he be even a little unsure of what color aubergine is, and he doesn't have an eggplant nearby, just look at my ass.

And i had a nightmare last night, it was really thrilling though actually. I haven't had a nightmare in forever.

Also, raving, today i wore these totally 80's, neon parachute-type pants. That was interesting.

I hope your butt bruise heals quickly, Ophelia! When I was, I don't know, about 12 years old or so, I feel and bruised my butt bone. It pained me to sit for almost a year!

My rants are:
I woke too soon from an awesome but strange dream about people being turned into some sort of Moth Creatures. Several of my friends (DC- I, myself was also some random DC) died which was upsetting. The rest was really cool though.
I also slept in too late, so I missed a perfect day for doing laundry.
And I currently have reflux from eating a lemon cake (slices you buy at convenience stores).
Ehhhh, I've also been wasting way too much time on Runescape. I gave Dungeoneering another try and I actually like it. But it takes me at least an hour to complete one small dungeon :/ I went from level 6 to 25 in about 6 hours of playing

FUCK THE GOVERNMENT! Seriously just die, all of you.
$7000 for a 4 month course because the government won't subsidise it.
This is for a pre-apprenticeship course, which didn't even exist and wasn't needed 5 years ago.
They just made it up so universities could get more money.

Well, now I guess I have to find one without it, which is going to be even more difficult, if not impossible.

Why do my colds last this effing long?. Maybe I have the flu. I can barely breath. I wased away today home from school. I was supposed to have a radio show a my high school radio station tomorrow, but unless I get lucky, I'm gonna have to miss that. I am trying to sleep tonight without the NyQuil, you can see how thats going....The fourth fucking day of sickness.

Still guilty about letting my healthy cat go to the shelter and be put to sleep, just because we had to move and none of our stupid friends and family wanted her in any way. Wish I could get over it.

No, they didn't want the burden. I can't change the past. At least we saved her as a kitten from a shelter and had 6 wonderful years with her.

Well that sucks, I'm sorry. Why weren't you able to keep her through the move?

These questions aren't really helping my guilt, like I said there's nothing I can do about it now, but we had three cats and could only take two with us, so we took the young brothers who were more sociable. We could have also taken her, but my mom thought she'd be stopped and inspected thoroughly at the state lines but we breezed right through without a hitch. It was my mom's decision to take her to the shelter, but I've felt like I didn't fight her enough on it.

Well I'm sorry, I'm not trying to guilt you for it or anything, I'm just wondering about the situation. :T I'll stop asking questions if it's just going to make you feel worse. I feel for you though, my family's had cats my whole life. I'm not saying you shouldn't mourn for her, but try not to blame yourself too much, at least don't just get lost in the guilt. It wasn't your decision to do it.

Thanks. Yeah, I talked to my mom about it earlier and I'm feeling better. She pointed out that there are millions of cats and kittens that no one has the money to feed right now, and she went out the best, quickest way.

That's a nice way to look at it. I'm glad you're feeling better.

Because it makes me feel like there was no other way, and that I didn't murder her indirectly. I have no control over the world's problems. I can take good care of my own cats as best I can (they're all spayed and neutered), but I doubt if I barked at people to spay or neuter their pets I'd solve anything.
