I am happy because I started this morning right. I got all dressed up warm, said enthusiastically to my dog, "You wanna go on a WALK? We're gonna go for a WALK!" and watched him get really excited as if I had told a child I was taking them to Disneyland. We strolled around the neighborhood and the park, the sky was clear and blue, and there are TONS of pretty falling leaves everywhere. Some even had frost on them that looked just like the fairy segment in Fantasia. Also got fresh air and some exercise. Good breakfast too.

Now, I must do with the rest of the day how I promised...

I went swimming at the apartment pool, it was fun. Glass walls and ceiling (but still private), warm water, no one else there... hardly anyone uses it most of the time, which is pretty cool if you're shy and just want the whole place to yourself. GREAT arm, leg and cardio workouts just swimming to each side of the pool, too.
