Tagline for LSDBase

I need some help with the tagline for LSDBase. Please choose your favorite option or let me know if you have a better one!

From that list, those two are the only ones I would consider. They roll off the tongue easier and the others ones, especially the first, seem a little... blah. What is LSDBase btw?

I may have asked this on Reddit, but can the halophones (not the graph) be used in conjunction with this software? Will you make a nifty guide like with LD 3 to get it working in WINE? Inquiring minds want to know!

The halophones are just speakers wrapped in a headband. So, instead of using the computer's speakers, you could plug the halophones into the headphone jack and listen to the anthem on them.

You will have to ask duke396 to make the WINE guide. Although I believe he has been converted to the light side. If you already have LD3 running on WINE, it should not take much more to get Lucid Scribe running. What error are you getting / where are you stuck?

Whhhat? I thought it was an EEG?
Or do you have both?
Halograph and halophone?

Actually, all three; the Halophone (headphones) and the Halograph FM (frequency monitor) and Halograph EEG (electroencephalograph).

I have only posted LSD files with the Halograph FM so far.

Light side describes the features you have access to with Windows =)

I haven't tried yet, but I saw he did a really great guide, so I was just curious in preparation.

In my view, a tagline should be witty as well as informative. I opted for the last one.

In a less trolling manner, I am surprised you like Windows. When I was programming, I got so many people into Ubuntu. That's my only boot on my laptop.

I think I will spend this weekend configuring LDIII from scratch, and then, tackle it LSDBase.

Firstly I suggest you change the acronym so erowid users don't search your site for disappointment.

Secondly, ignore the poll results its made up by a bunch of nerds, you want to last result because you're not trying to be informative, you're trying to be enticing. You want people to stumble your site and be like "wtf, I wants to check this out!" especially by using some unfamiliar terminology like dream hacking and shit.

If you want to sell to the scholars be informative and interesting

If you want the broadest interest base possible, you want it to be mysterious, edgy and enticing.

I would prefer to have but a few scholars who may use the data to further their research into consciousness than the broadest interest base possible. A healthy mix of the two would also be nice.

In that case avoid weasel words, things that appear to say something while being too vague to say anything at all. These tend to turn off smart people. Examples of this are hacking and consciousness. I'd like to change my answer to number 3: An open lucid dreaming database powered by lucidcode. It tells people what it is. The popular one's still a little too mysterious and vague. For a good tagline, consider who you want to attract and figure out what would inspire them to think "this is right up my alley"

Hm, on 32nd thought perhaps Lucidity is better than Human Consciousness?

Human consciousness is still a little vague. If you want the experts you want to be specific enough to catch their interest. So yeah, I think I'd use lucidity.
