Exactly. My dog goes like hell for say, one hour of the day, then sleeps for 23. When she does go though, she is ridiculously fast and strong. And all of that is on demand.

These next two aren't exactly an "everyday" view, but I do try to get on the water every chance I get. These were from a two day Colorado River Trip a week and a half ago. And tomorrow I will start a two day Lake kayaking trip, so I'll have more recent pics.
