      @ Wasatch: That's awesome!

@ tropicalbreeze: That place looks so cold! But it looks like an interesting place to visit.

My teddy bear bag charm from Swarovski came in the mail!
I nicknamed him Lambo after Lamborghini because they both use the same man-made material, Alcantara. It feels really nice to touch - like suede!

Photo of Lambo with my Burberry bag. I think he's so adorable!

it is an interesting place to visit. though if you do visit, its best to go with someone who knows the area. its not really a place where you want to get lost at.

the neighborhood has made dramatic improvements compared to that of the 80s and early 90s but its still "Harlem" if you know what i mean.

My rose seedling's bud today...getting closer to opening. I'm so excited to see how it'll turn out! It's from an open-pollinated seed that came from my neighbor's rose bush, so who knows?

I'm trying to grow wisteria from seed for bonsai but I forgot how loooooong they take to germinate.

Rose seeds take forever too, but I cheated with this one and used a pair of nail clippers to cut the embryo out of the seed coat. Lol.

How long do you have to wait? I've never seen a wisteria, but Google images sure made them look gorgeous.

      Thanks, man!

To be honest, it's more of a new hobby, but I think I've always had kind of an eye for it. I've been taking a lot of pics from my bike rides, lately, but this if the first time I've actually started adjusting them with filters and/or photoshop to make them more dynamic. I love the way this set has turned out! Makes it look like my camera phone was actually an expensive piece of equipment! Haha. Glad you like them.

Oh wow, you really do have an eye for it then! From what I can see you didn't filter every single one, right? I'm planning to use one for a drawing reference btw, if that is ok. Lol you even use a phone! Wish mine can make pictures of that quality. :p

Yeah, that's definitely fine with me.
I didn't filter every one. Most of them, but not every one. Some of them just have a bit of extra saturation to make the colors stand out, or some contrast corrections, to make some of the shadows darker or highlights lighter. There are 1 or two that are completely untouched, though (like the upward shot of all the moss hanging down from the trees overhead. That one is just kept as is, and I know that #10 - the far shot of the bridge on the trail - just has a little contrast change, but nothing major).

I'm not sure if this qualifies as "Everyday Life" for me, but my son and I are always collaborating on silly projects. This is a rap song, if you will, that we made using some app on his phone. It's titled "Jungle Rap"

Lol I went to a public toilet the other day where the urinals were about 40cm from each other. Yep, was awkward. I've mastered covering my dick with my shirt though.

The one bathroom on the plant floor has two urinals in a corner, surrounded by three walls. So to use the one in the far corner, you have to sort of sidestep behind the person using the other one, and you basically stand shoulder-to-shoulder.

But even that's not awkward. We have showers in roughly the same set up/spacing as those ^ urinals. The shower room is a rectangle, and there are two end showers on the short sides. Pretty much noone uses them unless they're trying to be annoying. Because even then, it's not really awkward. I guess it's hard to be awkward when you shower with your coworkers every day. It's just a normal occurrence. Everyone talks in the shower. People fuck around too: turning the water cold, shutting the lights off, throwing soap; your normal workplace shenanigans, I suppose. Just, done while naked.

Hmm, this post is probably awkward.

In my school, the girls' toilet on the ground floor had open stalls. Obviously no one ever went there.

If anyone is wondering, I introduced Ophelia to dubstep a few days ago. I guess this is the product.

@ anderj101: A tad too close for comfort lol.
@ Anju: Why and who on earth would design ladies toilets like that!
      @ Oneironaut Zero: Lovely pictures!

I bought a Swarovski necklace (that I've been wanting for awhile).
It looks so gorgeous - I love it!

I wanted to capture its sparkles on camera.
Sorry the quality isn't that great.

      Isn't it just lovely! <3

I got it from a Swarovski store located in Sydney for AUD 1.4k.
From what I was told by the employee, since that's a statement necklace, they only stock 1 at every store. So I bought the only one that was there. But you can purchase it online if you fail to find it at your local Swarovski stores. Australia's pricing is almost double of every other Swarovski store in other countries - so you're lucky! I checked out the Swarovski Canadian website, and it's still available for CAD 950 if you're interested. But it won't be available forever, they come out with new pieces each season. (Trust me, it'll look lovely on you. You'll look like a princess! The picture and clip doesn't do the necklace justice. And it'll never go out of fashion - it's too wonderful. The pricing is a bit steep, but you'll never grow tired of it.).

As for wearing it, you can wear it with formal attire, or smart casual. I've seen google pics of people wearing it with simple tops.

Please don't delete my post like before because it has no picture.
