Its a shame wireless earbuds are so expensive. You could probably argue that they're hearing aids if they looked right .

Day-um your school must be strict . My school can be the same sometimes, but it depends what teacher. Some of them let it slide, others don't.

Either that, Or your teacher has a big grudge against rap... Yeah listen to heavy metal next time and see what he does... Or maybe country. If he doesn't kick you out of class for listening to them. Then your teacher is probably a prick. He seems to hate rap.

Why in the world are ipods allowed in your classes? How can a student concentrate while music is being played? Okay, so maybe they can. But it's an annoying ass distraction to people around you.

I go to high school right now. Ipods are out of the question. You can't exactly listen to music whilst listening to your teacher lecture, can you? I don't understand it. Either the curriculum is way too lax and you're not learning anything, or the teacher simply doesn't care.

PS: I go to a backwards redneck place too. You get used to it. There are great people everywhere, as long as you're not anti-social about it. Just a side note, not suggesting anything.

My teacher let me listen to music in class while we were typing stuff the other day ^.^
I played motherfucking Green Day. Cussing galore.
      She didn't give two shits.

Anyway, I think that teacher is pretty fucking stupid. You changed the song, for God's sake‼

      a. working in fast food restraunts and living with their mothers when they're 30, probably using the internet only for porn, or;

      a. getting knocked up by several different guys and living in a trailer, probably alcoholic or addicted to pills (or both).

      see? don't take me seriously.
I know you're joking, but it's important to note that the popular kids usually end up successful and make a lot more money than you do. But think they end up working fast food if it makes anyone feel better.

You either go to a specialised school for troubled children or there was an 'incident' at a regular school.

I've always wondered why iPod and MP3 player are always considered two different things.
I have an MP3 player that isn't an iPod.

      I love it to death.

Incidentally I don't have to use itunes or anything like itunes to do whatever I want.

      Imagine that.

Stupid redkneck school. I am livid and I should go off and tell them just how judgemental and disgusting this whole school is.
I really hope you offer context for us soon. If listening to music in class is against the rules period and you broke it just to be a little rebel then you should feel very, very ashamed of yourself for even making this thread. There's a pretty strong whiff here that the whole truth isn't being presented for consideration.

I'll gladly be corrected. Do so.

I would get in trouble in school for showing my iPod, period.

For the record, I really, really freakin hate BOTH rap and country. But that's off-topic. Never assume that someone likes country crap just because they don't like rap.
It was during free period, in which the other students regularly turn up country and he (the teacher) request certain country songs ergo I know he likes country it was not an assumption. Other students who are "different" by this towns standards have complaints about him as well because he is very judgemental. My music was not loud he came and stood right behind me while I was letting a friend hear the song. Again, it was not during class it was during our hour long free period we have after lunch in which we can go to the computer room (his class) and listen to music, play, or talk. No students were annoyed by the music. He wouldn't have even heard it if he hadn't walked by my desk and it was his choice to stay and listen to the "trash". He could have gone back to his desk and not have been bothered but he decided to discriminate. It was not an ipod it was a song off of the internet...

      What song was it?
157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

I hate when people play music like that when I'm high. There's so much amazing music in almost every style yet people just listen to whatever gets hyped.

Now this is a song worth getting kicked out of class for.

Okay, I came here to vent not to hear what a piece of shit person I am for listening to music DURING FREE PERIOD in class. You all are idiots for wasting your time downing me when I was simply uspet for the judgement that was placed on me, and has been since that instance, and decided to vent in a place where it won't come back on me. If its not anything constructive or more sensibly put then I suggest you move on.

Hey, at least you can listen to music in class. Our school doesn't allow ipods, mp3 players, or cell phones.

That's the same with my school. My school didn't allow us to listen to our ipods in class. If you were caught with it they would take it away and make you pay a fine to get it back.
