      dream recall aids?

      hey everyone
i am having real touble with dream recall, i am getting the dreams but i can't seem to get the clarity like "when you fly you feel the breeze in your hair" my only senses that work in my dream are sight and hearing

last night i acheived lucidity- twice, but due to poor recall i can not remeber much that i did, i only remeber parts of one of the lucids, i then had a FA where i "remebered my dreams" i then started ticking off things i thought i had done, including "2 lucids in one night" when i realy woke up, i could not remeber my 2nd lucid

does anybody know of anything i can take or do to help with dream recall and clarity?
They say dreaming is dead, no one does it anymore.
It's not dead it's just that it's been forgotten, removed from our language.
Nobody teaches it so nobody knows it exists.
The dreamer is banished to obscurity.
Well, I'm trying to change all that, and I hope you are too.

That's unfortunate, I'd hate to forget what I did in a lucid dream.

Vitamin B6 has been suggested many times around the forum to aid in improving dream vividness, therefore increasing the chances that you'll remember something.

Keep some paper and a pen at your bedside, and when you wake up (middle of the night or in the morning), keep your eyes closed and try moving as little as possible. Just moving your arm, find your pen and start writing. It helps to remember as much as you can before actually starting to write, so you know exactly how to word your entry.

I do this almost every night, and it does look messy in the morning because I'm not looking at my paper; my eyes are closed. But dreams, for me at least, are much easier to remember once I just write down scribbles; sometimes I even remember more information on the dream later in the day.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

at the moment the problem is i wake to an alarm, so when i hear my alarm, i imediatly move to try and turn it off, instead of just sitting there trying to remeber my dream, should i try the drink lots of fluids instead of an alarm?

My DJ sits next to my bed, but i do not write in it because a) who feels like writing at 4am b) i dont have any dreams that i remeber to write down c)why would i want to remeber that dream ect ect ect should i always write in my DJ or should i try something like voice recording?

It's very important to consistently keep a dream journal for recall, at least in my personal experience.

After you've been keeping your dream journal for a while, you'll be able to notice different dream signs which will be especially helpful if you ever decide to do daily reality checks.

Even if you barely remember anything, write down how you feel, or what you think you may have dreamt of. This becomes much easier over time.
