      Mugwort Extract?

Don't know if this wasn't already posted but I've heard that wugwort plants can actually be a really good supplement for inducing lucid dreams. Just smelling the sent, ingesting, or smoking it, can actually be quite a good aid for inducing prolonged lucid dreams and also astral projections.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this unusual type of weed.

I've heard that too, but sadly google doesn't provide much information on the subject : /
      Slip inside my head
Watch how my dreams unfold, watch my fantasy in work
Watch the beauty, watch the details. Isn't it amazing?
I love you, and I welcome you into my world
If you are lucky, there will be music playing.

I was drinking mugwort tea for a few days. I had pretty good dream recall and lucid dreams. Then I remembered that mugwort is toxic, so I cut back. I don't think it was just the mugwort giving me the results, anyway.

I wasn't taking anything else. I had started trying to WILD every day, and that seemed to help me have lucid dreams, even when the WILD attempt didn't work properly. Although for the past week my dream recall hasn't been very good, so maybe it was the mugwort. Then again, that could be because of stress and messed up sleep schedules.
It sure is hard to determine cause and effect when it comes to dreaming.

I've been reading various websites about the safety of ingesting mugwort. Most places say that it is mostly safe, except in large doses and for possible allergic reactions. The main warning is to not use it while pregnant or breast-feeding.
Webmd.com says this about mugwort dosing:

The appropriate dose of mugwort depends on several factors such as the user's age, health, and several other conditions. At this time there is not enough scientific information to determine an appropriate range of doses for mugwort. Keep in mind that natural products are not always necessarily safe and dosages can be important. Be sure to follow relevant directions on product labels and consult your pharmacist or physician or other healthcare professional before using.
      healthline.com says this:
      Adults (18 years and older):

There is no proven safe or effective dose for mugwort. Traditionally, 2 cups of mugwort tea (1oz. of fresh mugwort leaf infused 5-10 minutes, covered, in one pint boiling water) daily for six days has been used.
      Children (younger than 18 years):

There is no proven safe or effective dose for mugwort, and use in children is not recommended.
      It's all in your head.

I have tried the tea ( 1-2 teaspoons brewed for 10 minutes ) several times and each time all i ended up with was insomnia , then i found out it can be a stimulant for some , so i stopped taking it....some people swear by it , its one of those ingredients used in those dream pillows , well i tried that as well and no effect at all....

Mugwort is 100% legal but if you want to make a tea from it I would say go and speak with a registered herbalist and buy from them and go by their directions and theirs only )

It made the vibe in my room more peaceful. Other than that I'm not sure.
