Nice, sounds cool. I suggest you try out Gnaural just to see how it works. It's really easy to use and really quick to put a track together. The files are saved in text files so I'm gonna work on writing a program that outputs perfect sin/cos patterns. I'm still wondering how this is going to work for listening to while sleeping. I wonder if the track will guide the brain through the different levels of sleep, or if the brain will ignore the entrainment and do the same thing it does every night. Sounds interesting! |

So the track made you sleepy using the delta? Ive tried different tracks and havent found one yet that really hit me. I love to check out some clips. |
