      Yea the Theta Isochronic puts me to sleep just as much as the Delta Binaural. And I don't think I'll be using Binaurals for alpha/theta any more. The isochronics do seem to be more effective.
      I think one of the reasons I get such weird imagery with that track is because it makes me so sleepy. It gets me close to the hypnagogic stage.

      Thanks! I'm glad you like it! .
      The delta binaural puts me to sleep fast too, even faster than popping a couple Benadryl. It's the best sleep aid I've ever tried.

      I also downloaded the delta binaural so I will try it tonight. And you said you tried them with WILD without much luck? I will try today because I usually battle to fall asleep when I WILD

      I actually haven't tried listening to Binaurals while WILDing. I would think Theta would be better though. Delta waves are associated with NREM, but when you WILD you want to go into REM. REM is associated with theta/alpha and out of those two the theta is the best for sleep. But that's just in theory I haven't tried it myself. Try which ever you feel would work best and let me know how it goes!
      Also, are you using the ones I posted in the Dream Journal entry or the ones in the first post? The ones in my Dream Journal are slightly better IMO. Link's in my sig if you haven't seen 'em.

      I am using the isochronic theta from your journal and the binaural from this post. I currently don't have access to the internet besides with my phone so I will download the others when I get home next week. BTW, I can't wait to test the eild file but it's too big to dl now so probably next week.

      I've add Monaural Beats, and a Gamma Isochronic to my Dream Journal page! Check 'em out! I plan on experimenting with Gamma more tomorrow to see if I find it useful.

      Yea, its 90minutes long to coincide with REM cycles so it's a big download. I've yet to have any success with it, but I've only tried it ~4 times. If you try it out lemme know how it goes, and if you think I could do something to improve it.

      Hmm, I haven't heard the eild one yet, but is there any chance one could use it for deild? Because I can't normally deild because my alarm doesn't auto stop, so when I dl it I will experiment.

      WOW! This is an awesome contribution! Thank you! I'm downloading some of them right now... I'm going to meditate 10 mins. with Theta and then do the Experimental EILD for the whole night. When I have results I'll post them (about a week probably, in order to show some legit results).

      You mean just play it through the night and wake up to it like an alarm? I suppose it could work. You'll want to make it loud enough so that it will wake you up though. It isn't as harsh of a sound as alarms make so it might not wake you up. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes!

      Thanks! The intro to theta is 10minutes so you might want to meditate a little longer than that or you will only reach theta and won't really be there for very long.
      Thanks for the positive response!

      I'm thinking about changing the EILD track to be 100minutes and have the beep only at the end rather than the last and first minutes. I really don't know why I did it that way; it just sounded like a good idea at the time. Let me know how it goes for you two, and any suggestions either of you have and I'll change it accordingly.

      Hmm... I guess you're right, I didn't listen to the intro first, I jumped straight into the theta. Tonight I'll try the intro, then the EILD.
      Just a first impression: Last night I had an LD! Let's see how it goes
      Oh and one more thing: When do you listen to the EILD? When you fall asleep or when you wake up in the middle of the night till you wake up for good?

      Grats on the lucid! I would say it's probably better for a WBTB, since you will fall asleep much faster and it will probably be at the start of another REM cycle if you wake up without an alarm.

      Please do me the favor of uploading beta Binaural/Isochronic tones that will keep me awake and alert. I sleep a lot and i am finding it difficult studying my books as a result. I would have done it myself but i couldn't get access to the Gnuaral video tutorial.
      Thank You.

      Thanks so much for these LikesToTrip. Last night I used the delta to help me get to sleep and had some pretty vivd dreams throughout the night. Lately when I have been attempting WBTB I have had a hard time going back to sleep and will sometimes be up from like 630 to when I would normally get up for the day with no extra dreams recorded. Last night I used the delta when trying to go back to bed and I got to sleep much easier. I noticed you said theta is better for WBTB though so perhaps I will try that tonight instead. Do you think the theta or the EILD would be more effective for WBTB? Thanks again

      @espsika I have a Gamma track on my DJ entry. It's an isochronic because Binaurals don't work past ~26hz and Isochronics work to ~40. Hope it helps.

      @hashmash89 I'm glad you like them! Nobody has had success with the EILD track yet... It's a sound idea, people have used similar methods to become lucid, but I need to experiment more with it and figure out exactly what works. The Theta Isochronic puts me to sleep just as much as the Delta. Try it and let us know how it goes!

      Used the delta again last night before bed, even though I really needed no aid getting to sleep. When I woke up the first time I couldn't piece any of my dreams together so I turned on the isochronic theta and went back to sleep. I kept it on throughout the night and woke up two more times, both times with very vivid dreams. It definitely helped me to get back to sleep during WBTB and in these dreams I felt very present; like I could have easily gone lucid, no lucids yet though. I have to thank you again for the free beats. Looks like I'll be using the delta and isochronic theta nightly.

      So, this helps you get a lucid dream? Sounds like a washing machine but OK whatever you say

      New Binaurals, this time with Nature Sounds

      Quote Originally Posted by H202 View Post

      It's helped some people, I mainly use it for meditation. The washing machine sound you hear is purely psychological which I think is pretty neat. If you listen to it one ear at a time it sounds like a steady tone, but if you listen to both tones you hear an oscillating 'waawaawaa' sound. Another example that perception doesn't always agree with reality.

      I've made two more tones recently. These are binaurals and instead of pink noise I've added nature sounds I made with Nature Sounds.
      ThetaRain & alphathetabeach(my naming sucks, I apologize)
      They are posted in my DJ entry.

      I just downloaded the theta rain and listening to it now. I think I like the nature sounds a bit better than the pink noise; its very relaxing. Thanks for updating with some new ones they are quite helpful.

      Oops! I just realized I uploaded the .wav rather than the .mp3. The .wavs were 100+mb and the .mp3s are around 9. Pretty big difference, I wondered why it took so long to upload. I've fixed the links.

All of the beats have pink noise; all beats have a carrier frequency of 250hz that slowly drops to 175hz when the oscillations begin.

      Enjoy!

      Alpha :: Alpha.mp3

      Starts at 15hz and slowly descends to 10.5hz over 5 minutes then oscillates between 11.5 and 9.5 hz for 30minutes.

      AlphaTheta :: AlphaTheta.mp3

      Starts at 15hz and then slowly descends to 8hz over 10 minutes then oscillates between 9.5 and 6.5 hz for 30minutes.

      Theta :: Theta.mp3

      Starts at 15hz then slowly descends to 6hz over 10minutes then oscillates between 7 and 5hz for 30minutes.

      Delta :: Delta.mp3

      Starts at 15hz and slowly descends to 3hz over 10minutes then oscillates between 4 and 2hz for 30minutes.

      If you want to make binaural beats of your own I strongly recommend Gnaural, it's pretty easy and fun to use! And if you have any suggestions or requests on what I should work on next I'd love to hear them!
      It's such a nice a idea! your a genius..I wanna try it at home..Great man! Bravo!
