Exclamation Mantra Alarm Clock. NEED HELP.

      Hello dear Dreamers.

I downloaded the Aborange Scheduler, which allows you to start .exe or open .mp3 , .jpg and such.

I will let it start an MP3 which Tells me " You are Dreaming, realise that."
Best would be it tells me 2-4 times just to make sure.
      Ill make a MP3 with the AT&T Natural Voices Text-to-speech .
WEll my problem is , what shall i let it say?

      1. You are dreaming. Realise that.
      2. You are dreaming. Search for illogical things.
      3. You are dreaming. Search for things you do not know/ can not know.
      4. You are dreaming. Become Lucid / Clear / vivid.
      5. You are dreaming. Do a Reality Check.
      6. You are dreaming. Pinch your nose and breath.
      7. You are dreaming. If your Finger goes throughyour hand its true.

Whats the best method (not whats the best for me, just tell me what you think is the best!)

      edit:
Also, theres the german male and german female. The German male called reiner () andthe german female Klara

The male has a deep voice, like me, should i give him a try or is it bad to hear a familiar voice, / or one like mine.
I could also record my own voice...

      Thank you!
