Thread: First attempt onto Binaural Beats gave me a lucid!

I use sounds like this alo and it really helps, I have yet to control any of my dreams but now they are really vivid and memorable

I used this last night, and within seconds of dreaming, had a DC say "You're dreaming!" My hand had six fingers so after thanking him profusely I began having a pretty solid lucid.

I also went to bed very confident and sure that I was going to be successful, so that was likely a contributing factor.

That sounds pretty creepy. I don't think I would even be able to fall asleep listening to that :c
