      Lightbulb ZMA supplement as LD aid

      Has anyone had any experience taking a ZMA supplement prior to bed to help with more vivid dreams and lucid dreaming?
      ZMA is basically zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6, which have been combined in proper absorption/utilization ratios. It's used by bodybuilders who try to naturally increase testosterone levels.
      The good thing is these are very essential to the human body in general and really pose no risk in taking. From what I have been reading, most people are zinc and magnesium deficient these days.
      From my experience in taking it, I have slept WAY deeper than normal, and my dreams have been so vivid, and long. Honestly, I have had problems with staying asleep and remembering my dreams. So I'm glad I stumbled upon this combination of minerals.
      Would anyone like to test these out, and see how lucid dreaming works with this supplement?

      Most people get enough Zinc and Vitamin B6, but about half of Americans don't get enough Magnesium.
      It is not true that "most people are zinc and magnesium deficient".
