Do you take a Vitamin B6 Supplement?

If so, do you feel it helps increase vividness in your dreams?

Other than apple juice, I have had no other supplement, apple juice does usually help tho, depending on how early before dreaming i drank it

I dont want to take them because i dont want to become dependent on them where i won't recall a dream without it. What if I run out of them?
I was so much older then, I'm younger then that now.

I take a teen advantage vitamin once a week with a tons of B6 in it. Whenever I take the vitamin, I find my dreams are more vivid that night.

I've taken it along with melatonin a few times in the past. I do think it made a big difference in both sleep quality (deeper more restful sleep) and vividness. I also got longer lucids because I was able to sleep more soundly.

As Naiya said, I have also used b6 vitamins in conjunction with melatonin (Found in 'Lazy Cakes'- brownies with melatonin in them) and I saw great results and a significant increase in vividness. Prior to taking these supplements my dreams tended to be slightly blurry and kind of dark, almost like looking through speckled sunglasses if you can picture that. However, out of fairness, I'm not sure if the increase in vividness was due to my own bias in hoping they would work (placebo effect) or not. But their was a notable difference in sleep quality, most likely due to the melatonin. I achieved lucidity once out of about 10 attempts and the others were just more vivid and I was half aware of the fact that I was dreaming but I didn't become lucid and take control of the dream. I would definitely recommend giving it a try to any who have not achieved lucidity yet

Nope. I never take Vitamin B6 supplements. I have a general Vitamin B supplements but it usually just does the opposite for me and makes me feel like I've had 10 cups of coffee.

The dreams are already vivid, I think it's better to learn that by awareness. But the human mind have a tendency to make itself comfortable.

I take a Vitamn B supplement nightly, and when I stop my recall gets way worse.

I've used them and I find it to be a good aid to increase your vividness. It doesn't always work though. Only if I use it once a week. It's like your body gets used to it really fast (or maybe it has to do with the fact that I eat a lot of things containing B6 anyway).

I tried taking B-6 a couple of times but it didn't help any. And last night I ate a banana before bed and it didn't help. But I have had a little luck eating a couple of slices of cheese before bed. I think I'm going to try experimenting with biaural recordings. I wouldn't want to become dependent on vitamin supplements either.
