Triptomines are chemically related to tryptophan. If you want something to promote REM - Yuschack uses 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan). It supresses REM in the first part of the sleep to give you REM rebound in the second part, so dreams are longer, more vivid and you have better chance of becoming lucid. Plus, you can buy it in local health store (at least where I'm, and I'm sure Amazon has it).

I just tried it and loving it. Gave me 2 DILD on second try with WBTB.

That is cool. I have not tried many supliments, but I know 5-HTP occurs naturally in our brains. I have sceen it on the shelves. I think I will try it. Thanks.

I keep reading here that we should take Galantamind with choline, but the Galantamind supplement includes choline to my knowledge. Are you guys confusing Galantamind with ordinary Galantamine or do l need to buy extra choline for my Galantamind??

4mg capsule of GalantaMind has 100 mg of Choline in it and also 50mg of B5. But Yuschak recommends more choline together with Galantamine, that's why people take extra.

What is the recommended dosage for Galantamine and Choline? When do you take the supplements - before you go to sleep or in the middle of the night in a WBTB?

Yuschak recommends Galantamine 4mg or 8 mg. You should start with lower dose and try the higher one, only if 4mg does nothing for you.

Choline (choline salts - bitartrate and citrate) - 400 - 800 mg in combination with Galantamine.

There is another type of Choline - GPC (Glycerophosphocholine). This is what he says about GPC: " Although the choline salts can jumpstart the accumulation process, they quickly loose their efficiency. To keep the accumulation process going, a different type of supplement is required - one of them is GPC.

Quote from book: 'My favorite way to use GPC is in combination with Galantamine/choline taken 4 or 5 hours after going to bed. When I use GPC this way, I find 600mg is optimum. GPC and Galantamine/choline give me a high success rate at becoming lucid. Note, I do not use them on consecutive nights and use Piracetam immediately following my lucid dreams.

To avoid desensitizaton to Choline, you should also take Piracetam 2400-3600mg immediately after you wake up from lucid dream.

Galantamine and Choline are taken at WBTB time.

PLEASE, DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE USING ANY SUPPLEMENTS.

Does he mean he takes Piracetam only after a Lucid Dream or should it be taken every time - after taking Galantamind the night before??

You take Piracetam after you wake up in the morning, if you took Galantamine+Choline the night before. I doesn't matter, if you succeded in having a lucid dream or not. So you don't take Piracetam, if you didn't take Galantamine+Choline.
