Triptomines are chemically related to tryptophan. If you want something to promote REM - Yuschack uses 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan). It supresses REM in the first part of the sleep to give you REM rebound in the second part, so dreams are longer, more vivid and you have better chance of becoming lucid. Plus, you can buy it in local health store (at least where I'm, and I'm sure Amazon has it). |

I keep reading here that we should take Galantamind with choline, but the Galantamind supplement includes choline to my knowledge. Are you guys confusing Galantamind with ordinary Galantamine or do l need to buy extra choline for my Galantamind?? |
BTW Galantamind plus ginger is probably a good idea.Ginger is very good for the gut. |
4mg capsule of GalantaMind has 100 mg of Choline in it and also 50mg of B5. But Yuschak recommends more choline together with Galantamine, that's why people take extra. |
What is the recommended dosage for Galantamine and Choline? When do you take the supplements - before you go to sleep or in the middle of the night in a WBTB? |
Yuschak recommends Galantamine 4mg or 8 mg. You should start with lower dose and try the higher one, only if 4mg does nothing for you. |
