Let me tell you about a little useful iOS Application

iTunes Link: App Store - Smart Alarm Clock: sleep cycles & noise recording

Smart Alarm Clock, in short is an application that does these things:
- It can be used to listen to tunes that help you fall asleep
- It has different wake-up functions
- It has sleep cycle and noise recording
- It provides you with info on how long did you sleep, how many light and deep sleep phases you had, ect...

Why i bring it up here, you might ask?

Because it's a perfect addition to doing WBTB. The App itself works the same way as any similar sleep cycle recording app, you have to put it on the bed near youself and it'll record your sleep cycles during the night.

BUT this App also has a wake up feature that wakes you up in your REM cycle closest to the time you set for it to wake you up. So for instance you set it to wake you up at 6AM and you enter a REM cycle at 5:50AM. The App will sound the alarm and wake you up during REM. From then, you are free to do your WBTB routine just as usual.

Other than that, the App's sleep cycle and noise recording features are also fun. It's always interesting to see how much you sleep usually or how many light and deep sleep cycles you had.

The noise recording feature is just as fun, because it records any kinds of noises, including the creaking of the bed or even your SLEEPTALKING, haha

I used this App for a while now, althrough i took a long break from it, but it worked pretty reliably so far. There might be some small mistakes in the sleep pattern it records, because it creates it based on movement, but mostly it's correct.
It's also fun to just listen to your sleeptalking Before i started using this App, i didn't know that i was a sleeptalker.

Some pics from today's recording:

At the last recorded noise piece, i was sleeptalking and said "I'll open it" in a sleepy tone Funny.
