Subliminal Blaster?

So i heard of this subliminal blaster program and im actually running it right now.. Does anyone know if this works? Like can anyone vouch that it actually gave them a lucid dream?

Its a program you can run on your computer while your using it like surfing the web or dream views and it flashes little subliminal message on your screen. you can put your own messages such as "I will realize im dreaming tonight" or "REALITY CHECK". These little message's get transferred to your sub-conscious and while your dreaming hopefully your sub-conscious will remember one of these phrases.

Subliminals are contrary to the idea of lucidity. You will not gain anything CONSCIOUS to be used in CONSCIOUS dreaming, if you are trying to give yourself subliminal messages.

But, hey, I hear the placebo effect is pretty pro.

MILD is nothing more than programming the subconscious in a deliberate, conscious manner. Doing it subliminally is reprogramming the subconscious without any conscious perception of doing so.

After many hours of researching visual subliminal software the optimum cycle rate apparently, from two different, independant researchers, is to make the subliminal message flash every 5 seconds

You don't get it man, It is a placebo effect. The entire point of using it is so you'll actually believe you perfect control over your dreams. Sorry, But you have no idea what you're are talking about. You do gain something "consciously" because you'll end up believing those subliminals in the first place.

Subliminals do help, but it isnt the absolute best if it's the only thing you are using. With it, you should also be doing WILD, WBTB, or whatever.
Another great subliminal program is called Brain bullet. It usually has to be downloaded with a program like uTorrent, or BitTorrent. Although it doesnt cost money, it doesnt have it's own domain anymore. At least, i don't think it does.
