Galantamine/choline combo is an awesome SUPPLEMENT. It will help you achieve lucid dream, but only if you already practicing induction techniques. You see, it may give you some awareness in a regular dream for a DILD, or get you closer to entering a dream lucidly with WILD. But only if you already do reality checks, mental preparation by practicing awareness, if you know how to keep your mind awake for a WILD, and all that stuff.

So if I may, it would be really best for you to read tutorials

Induction Methods and Techniques
WILD

practice (DILD is usually recommended for starters) and get into a right mindset by setting your intent.

If you google Thomas Yuschak's Advanced Lucid Dreaming: The Power of Supplements, you just may find a pdf someplace. He did a lots of experiments with Galantamine, choline and many other LDing supplements and describes doses, how they work, how often to take and many other very usefull things. I have the book at home and reference it all the time.

I'm not saying you have not read tutorials or you are not practicing, I simply don't know, because you are not mentioning it. But just in case you don't, those above would be my recommendations. Good luck and looking forward to posting your progress.
