Pebble Watch Reality Checks!

Hey Guys, Just thought I would share this tip with you as this has been great for helping me to remember to RC. I just got a Pebble watch which pairs with your phone and sends you notifications of incoming calls etc as well as allowing you to read texts and emails. It also sends any notifications from your phone to the watch and vibrates when you get these... On my iPhone I am using the "Reality Check" app which allows you to set up reminders to do RCs. I have my interval set at 3 hours and to exclude reminders in sleeping hours (mine are 2200 to 0700 but this can be manually set.) Every 3 hours (or any time of your choice) my watch will vibrate and display the message "Are you dreaming?" at which point I will do an RC and that's my reality checks taken care of without having to do a thing! Besides that though the Pebble is an awesome little tool and well worth the money in my opinion! Sam.

It is better than not doing RCs, but you want RCs to become ingrained in your habits. Do RCs at many other times too, or you will have to relie on dreaming about your watch for it to get you lucid.

Good idea. I like it. Coupled with doing them randomly you never really miss out on RCing. A cheaper alternative would be nice though. Edit: deleted earlier reply, didn't make sense.
