I have found a sleep mask or bandana over my eyes and foam ear plugs are great to reduce Wakeworld interference while dreaming, and works like a cheap sensory deprivation tank. A lot of sleep masks are polyester, which doesn't breathe, so I prefer a simple 100% cotton bandanna. Also, this is really good for naps during the day. |
