Just wondering about this one. I've taken some melatonin and it works really well for sleeping. I actually take 2-3 sometimes and notice i get a few vivid dreams. Has anyone taken more. This is 9mg of melatonin. Anyone ever take like 15-20mg or more? What kind of effects does this have lol |

MY RC ADVICE: Don't be too eager to go leaping off buildings.
Start from the ground and go up from there.
My wife doses me almost every night with 10 mg. I sleep a lot but have never noticed an effect on my dreams. |

I take 1.5mg before bed every night. That's not a lot mind you, but before I started taking it I would hardly dream at all (only a couple dreams a month). |

I've taken 50 mg once. I had a dream that was quite bizarre, to say the least. It was very long and vividly detailed, and at one point went totally whacky and shot me into something of an in-dream out-of-body experience; I was comprised of a strange assortment of what appeared to be spiked dolls on poles that were communicating telepathically with each other, and later on I was forced into the perspective of one of the dolls (which from that view appeared, along with the other dolls, as a regular person) and slowly watched as the scene in front of me became warped and demented. The DCs began to morph into overly-sexualized caricatures of themselves and started making out, and then my perspective again shifted into a third-person view of a very trippy house with overly-saturated colors on all of the textures, and I watched people just talk amongst themselves as the mother from Malcolm in the Middle was acting psychotic and having a seizure or something in the room next to them. |
