      Lucid Dream Criteria

      Hey I just recently joined and I think I had my first lucid dream, but now I'm not so sure. I fell asleep within a non lucid dream and then when I was in the second dream I was lucid. So I thought the first dream was reality..I kinda forgot some details though. Has that ever happened to anyone?

      Happens to me very often. That's why you always want to RC when you wake up, even if you can't catch it before you sleep, you'll catch it when you "wake up" into the previous dream. I still consider it a lucid dream, it's just a lucid dream with a non-lucid dream in it.

      But then again, who really cares what it's considered, was it fun? I've found that they aren't as fun sometimes, but mostly there just as great.

      Hey thanks for the reply. Yeah, it was fun it had three levels kind of like inception lol, then I had a false awakening where I posted it on the site.

      It was a lucid, you knew it was a dream, so it doesn't matter how many times you fell asleep lol
