Aside from that, WBTB seems to be more easier.
Any ways I can increase awareness? For some reason it felt like I couldn't control my own body, And it was just when I became aware I was dreaming but I was still doing what I normally was doing in my dream.
I've been the same with WILD for the past few months. I haven't been able to do it since a few months after I joined DV, which is very annoying...
Focus on both external and internal awareness. See if you can feel your heartbeat, see if you're breathing normally, try reading a piece of text. Stop and, if you don't feel like you can truly be skeptical about whether or not you're dreaming, pretend to be. Listen to conversations and see if the discussions are appropriate and realistic. All in all, just pay more attention to things going on around you.
