I know that it is a given. Then the fact that your eyes are always open in the dream regardless of whether you experience the dream sensation of blinking should also being a given....

I'm not sure if i agree with the logic here, this would be like saying that since your mind creates you running in a dream, you are always laying down in a dream regardless of whether you experience the dream sensation of standing and running. I think you can blink in a dream and you momentarily cant see what's around you, just like in real life. Since your mind is making up the blink, it could also make up the loss of vision for a split second.

Ive kept my eyes open and woke up with them open. Crazy cool ;D

Ive also opened one of my real eyes while i was dreaming, and i saw real life and dream at the same time. I confirmed this by keeping it open as i woke up, then i got up and RC'd.

This thing always woke me up from lucid dreams. I couldn't keep my eyes open in the dream. I had to blink. I knew I could accomplish it but I guess I brought some natural things into my dream like the neccesity to blink.

That would not make sense, seeing as how running, and laying down are two entirely different things. You are right however in that blinking in a dream may temporarily cause vision to fade, and then reappear.

What I was saying is that the dream world is constant. It does not change unless you perceive it to change. If you think you need to blink or are expecting to blink then you will blink. I do not disagree with what you are saying since that is one scenario that may occur when you experience the effects of thinking you are blinking.

Therefore if you were to go through the duration of the dream, and have the belief that you will not blink, do not need to blink, etc. etc. Then in essence you will not blink and the dream will not produce the effects of blinking.
