It's pretty fascinating, isn't it? It's my favourite induction technique, but also the second most difficult for me next to WILDing. Congrats. |

Just had my first DEILD this morning and I was pretty amazed at how easy it was for me. I thought it would take a few trial and errors, but when I woke up this morning from a dream, I remembered to stay very still and I was able to stay lucid as I went back into a new dream. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving..
I've finally found the perfect alarm. It goes off for a minute and stops. I felt SP, but I couldn't go back to sleep because people were shouting outside. I think someone like stole my neighbors car at 4 in the morning.. I never liked my neighbors anyway... |

I'm always worried I will fail, and lose the memory of my last dream. It is hard to make that split second risk assessment when I'm all groggy and half awake. |

ClearView, what's the name of that alarm? I would like to get an alarm and try this technique more often. |
