Though it is the most difficult aspect of WILD (and LD’ing in general) to master, mental prep is by far the most important step toward success. In a sense, lucid dreaming is nothing more than a...

The one bad thing that can happen is that you end up staying up too late and not realising just how tired you are. Just be wary of the time :)

Hey Kamskun, great start on the workbook there! I agree with you that for starters, it's good to focus on one method first for a while, and see how it goes. My suggestion would be a DILD, combined...

To my understanding, these aren't things that you normally take for granted, these are things you notice normally. Awareness in this context means being aware of the feel of your current situation....

The day was 23/08/2013, I was residing in a very new and unfamiliar place, had a few weird dreams, this one however, was a complete nightmare, I was being chased all around town by a demonic figure, then It happened, I partially realized, that since this was my dream, I can try to jump and jump higher and escape it, but what i did not realize was that this was my dream and I could actually manifest that demon into nothingness if I wanted, but I think, I became Lucid for about 2-3 seconds, then I think I Woke up, I could not contain my excitement so I recorded it in my Journal right away. Now that I have tasted what it truly feels like to become Lucid, there is no other way left for me but to gain complete control over it, I am more determined than ever, I have new responsibilities now, much more work to do, but LDing will always be my top most priority, now all that is left is to condition my brain to realize that. Next time, when I write into this journal, I will definitely have quite a tale to tell.
I wish to go back, back to where it all started, the first and the only ever Lucid dream I remember ever so clearly, I wish to go to that desolate fragment of space, where I was the maker, where my touch gave birth to Novas and a wish rendered them sucking unto them-self into a black-hole. I wish to go back to that starry space, only this time, with a more profound Lucidity. after having done this, I will embark on a Journey within, to realize all the fantasies. I will write unto this space again, only next time, with an ethereal story to tell.
To do: 1) Become familiar with all the terminologies of the Lucid Dreaming World.
2) Choose the most efficient technique to begin my quest for the Inner world.
